  • How does a high-reach pole system work?

    • Pure, or de-ionised, water is used to clean the windows and frames via a telescopic pole through a brush head.
    • This method works very successfully because pure water has excellent cleaning properties, and because there are no impurities in the water, the windows can be left to dry naturally and smear free.
    • The benefits to the customer are that there is less damage to lawns and beds from ladders and a more thorough service is provided as frames and sills are cleaned at the same time.
    • Previously inaccessible windows can be cleaned such as above conservatories or very high windows.
    • Using the pole system eliminates the inherent risk to people and property when using ladders.
    • There are environmental benefits as no detergents are used.

    *Ladders can be used if preferred and it is safe to do so.

  • How often will you come?

    You can choose from the following frequencies: 4, 6, 8 or 12 weeks. Regular cleans only.

  • We have a locked gate, how will you gain access if no one is in?

    If this is the case, contact will be made with you via telephone or text message the day/evening before to arrange for the gate to be unlocked. Appointments can also be made in advance.

  • How do I pay?

    Payment is due on completion of work; if no one is home then an invoice will be left. Payment can then be made by posting a cheque in the envelope supplied or by using BACS transfer. The choice is yours, but please ensure payment is made within 7 days.

  • Will you come if it is raining or snowing?

    A year round service is provided, which means that sometimes weather will affect the schedule of work. However light rain and showers will not disrupt the service.
